The following client conference example is a good illustration of the typical event management services HRG Australia can provide for its clients.

We have a long-term relationship with this client for management of its annual dealers’ conference and incentive programmes, which are usually for 50-80 delegates. Over the years the conferences and incentive programmes have taken place in The Philippines, Thailand, India, Chile, Peru, Hawaii and the US in many major cities.

The HRG Events and Meetings division has been responsible for the client’s full program development, including destination sourcing and analysis, food and beverage recommendations and menu selection, the creation of activity options during “down time” and sourcing of conference entertainment and guest speakers. The production of electronic invitations and the online registration website, through the HRG Event SolutionTM technology along with full on-site management for the duration of the programme.

During the initial program development we work very closely with the client to ensure that we provide the appropriate options and recommendations. Once the event is confirmed and invitations sent, we liaise directly with delegates to ensure they are comfortable with the programme and have preferred flights and extensions where applicable.

We have managed this event for several years and follow up with full debrief and delegate feedback and surveys post event to ensure we continue to meet and exceed expectations.
